What is matcha ?

The green king among teas

Matcha is a green tea in powder form, which stands for a particularly aromatic pleasure. But not only as a drink, but also as an ingredient for Smoothies, Pastries and Ice cream the green tea is used. 1 teaspoon matcha powder
100ml almond milk (milk of your choice)
100ml ice cubes
1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
1 pinch vanilla
50ml coconut water

Almond milk + honey (or similar) + ice cubes + vanilla + matcha powder in a shaker and blend until the ice cubes are fine. Carefully pour the coconut water into the milk, creating a nice layer.
